Elizabeth Arden Powder Perfection for Eyes: Bittersweet Heather / Heather Mist

Elizabeth Arden made a series of really lovely eyeshadow duos in the 1980's.  I was lucky enough to unearth a couple of them, and they are classic enough colors to be wearable today.  The first one I'll show you is Bittersweet Heather / Heather Mist.

The case is mid-weight plastic with gold lettering on the front and a foiled decal on the back.  Inside are two decent-sized wells of shadow and a longer one that originally held an applicator that went missing long ago.

The two shadows are complementary shades of taupe-lavender and light grey-lavender.  The darker shade has a slightly frosty finish while the lighter one is more of a satin.  The texture is still nice, despite the product being over 25 years old.

Swatches were done on bare skin, no primer.  Pigmentation was decent, and the colors work together really well.
